Last weekend was so much fun. We got to visit Mimi and G-Daddy. The boys couldn't enjoy more their grandparents. They loved every single moment they got to spend with them. It was hard to see them giving kisses and hugs to them knowing we would be back home and they will ask for them so many times.
We had such a restful time. We got there early evening on Friday and simply hanged out, played, went to the pool and ate a delicious Mimi's dinner in the patio. The boys were so happy eating outside with less mosquitos and less heat than in Birmingham. They loved playing with bubbles with Mimi and G-Daddy too.
On Saturday we watched movies with the boys, played some more, went for a drive, went shopping with Mimi and Jared while the boys took a nap and ended up in the pool. It was so much fun!!!!! We grilled out for dinner. It was fantastic!!! Did I mentioned we played with the boys?!?! They really had a blast. Natalie and Mary gave them their Thomas the train collection, so you can imagine how excited they were!
Sunday morning came quickly. We went to FBN. The service and music were amazing! Then, we ate at a new restaurant close to home. Jared SO enjoyed his lunch eating (and sharing) the huge pieces of sushi! It was such a treat... the boys ate really well and behaved so well too! Yay for them!!!!
We returned home after lunch... time simply goes too fast!
The boys have asked me several times already they want to go to the pool and Mimi's house!
